AR RAHMAN the favorite music composer of India won the BEST MUSIC DIRECTOR GOLDEN GLOBE 2009 Award.
His audio tracks for Slumdog Millionaire gave him this honor.
Its indeed a great news for all Indians to cherish, as this is the first time in the film/music industry an Indian is getting this big recognition.
